Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations
SHIPPING
- All orders are shipped out within 1-2 days of purchase
- Small orders (less than 4 cards) ship via USPS First Class Mail with NO tracking
- Larger orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking
- Transit time depends on your distance from our warehouse in Connecticut - between 2-10 days after it leaves our warehouse
RETURNS
- All sales are final. No returns will be accepted
- If you encounter a defect or the item was damaged or lost during transit, please contact us
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations will be honored for orders that have not yet shipped our facility
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it
- You must contact us before the item ships in order for us to cancel the order
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
