Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations

SHIPPING

• All orders are shipped out within 1 week of purchase
• We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage with tracking & insurance
• Transit time depends on your distance from our warehouse in Connecticut - between 1-5 days after it leaves our warehouse
• A tracking number will be emailed to you and available to view in your account once shipped

RETURNS

• All sales are final. No returns will be accepted
• If you encounter a defect or the item was damaged during transit, please contact us

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations will be honored for orders that have not yet shipped our facility
• Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it
• You must contact us before the item ships in order for us to cancel the order
